We are a family-owned restaurant serving food from all regions of our country. Phở originating from the North, Bún Bò Huế from Central Viet Nam, to Canh Chua & Cá Kho Tộ from the South. If you are new to Vietnamese food, you will find a cuisine combining subtle, delicate and sometimes bold flavors, fresh vegetables, rice and noodles with meat and fish. Vietnamese food is generally light and flavorful.
With our newest Dorchester location, we bring to you authentic specialties including Cá Nướng Da Gion – Oven Roasted Catfish, Bò Bảy Món – Seven Course Beef, Bún Măng Vịt – Duck and Bamboo Noodle Soup, Cơm hoặc Bún Hến – Baby Clam Rice or Vermicelli, Cơm Tay Cầm – Clay Pot Rice, among many other special dishes.
Vietnam’s long Buddhist tradition has fostered a highly evolved vegetarian cuisine which we also offer to you.
